BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Kids Yoga Camp for Boys and Girls Have fun learning yoga concepts of breathing, movement, mindfulness, and meditation. Based on Yoga Ed.™ kids will learn how to move gracefully, breathe smoothly and deeply, sustain their focus, while developing strength, flexibility, balance, mental clarity and emotional stability. All levels of experience welcome.

CAMP LOCATION: Located in the heart of the Northend in Boise, ID. Inside a remodeled historic mid-century modern building. Hardwood floors, 2 bathrooms, massage room. 900 sq. feet of a yoga "play" room for yoga, mindfulness, and fun games to connect to the body, mind, and spirit.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: 2 separate camps:
June 20-23 for 7-9 y.o.
June 27-30 for 10-12 y.o.
Shannon Femenia is the owner and primary yoga teacher at Yoga in the Hood. She has been a yoga practitioner for 28 years. She certifies people to become yoga instructors with her registered yoga school for 200 hours and 500 hour level training's. Shannon was also certified in Yoga Ed.™ A 100 hour training designed specifically to teach yoga to kids K-8. She leads a weekly Tweens and Teens yoga class at her studio Yoga in the Hood.
CAMP SESSION DATES & FEES:
7-9 y.o. June 20-23 $135 early bird before June 3rd. $145 after.
10-12 y.o. June 27-30 $135 early bird before June 3rd. $145 after.
